TNG Institute
This Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:
TNG Institute (hereinafter referred to as the “Coach”)

The purchasing client (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
By purchasing and participating in any coaching program, session, or mentorship service provided by TNG Institute, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
The services provided by TNG Institute consist exclusively of educational coaching in trading, including but not limited to:
The Coach does not provide:
All services are strictly educational in nature.
The Client understands and agrees that:
Participation in coaching does not create a financial advisory relationship.
The Client acknowledges that trading financial markets involves substantial risk.
The Client understands that:
The Client accepts full responsibility for all trading decisions and outcomes.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
The Client confirms that no guarantee of success has been made prior to entering into this Agreement.
Under no circumstances shall TNG Institute, its representatives, or affiliates be held liable for:
Participation in coaching is voluntary and undertaken at the Client’s own risk.
The Client agrees that the Coach shall not be responsible for any trading performance or financial outcome.
All materials provided during the coaching program remain the exclusive intellectual property of TNG Institute, including but not limited to:
The Client agrees not to:
All content is provided for personal use only.
Any unauthorized distribution or reproduction constitutes intellectual property infringement and may result in legal action.
The Coach agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding:
The Client agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding:
Both parties agree to act in good faith and respect professional confidentiality.
If coaching sessions are recorded:
The validity period of coaching sessions, including expiration terms and usage conditions, is governed by the official Terms & Conditions available on the TNG Institute website.
By entering into this Agreement, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted those Terms & Conditions.
Unused sessions remain subject to the validity rules defined therein.
Payments, installment terms, refund conditions, and cancellation policies are governed by the official Terms & Conditions available on the TNG Institute website.
No performance-based refund will be granted.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating:
The relationship between Coach and Client is strictly educational and professional.
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the business jurisdiction under which TNG Institute operates.

By signing this Agreement or purchasing coaching services, the Client confirms having read and accepted the official Terms & Conditions.
In the event of conflict between documents, both shall be interpreted consistently to ensure maximum enforceability of liability limitations and intellectual property protections.
