The Client agrees not to reproduce, share, transmit, record, or use for commercial purposes any part of the coaching materials, documents, videos, strategies, or concepts provided by TNG Institute.
All coaching content is confidential and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Access to materials is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing any part of the content with third parties, even informally, is strictly prohibited.

Any violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of access to the coaching program without refund and may lead to legal action.
An individual confidentiality agreement may be required at the beginning of the coaching program or at any time during the engagement.

ARTICLE 3 – Prohibited Activities

When using the TNG Institute website, you agree not to:

  1. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  2. Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the website.
  3. Use automated scripts or bots to access the website.

  2. Practical Application: Practical application of trading strategies is essential to successful trading. It is your responsibility to implement strategies effectively.
 

ARTICLE 15 – No Endorsement of Products or Services

  1. Third-party Services: Any mention of third-party products or services on the TNG Institute website does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation. You should conduct your own due diligence before using any third-party services.
 

ARTICLE 16 – Refund policy

1. Refund Period:

  • You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
If the service has already been partially delivered at the client’s express request during this period, any refund granted will be limited to the unused portion of the service.

2. Refund Conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@tng-institute.com
  • To be eligible for a refund, the applicant must provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for their request.
  • Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval depends on the validity of the request.
 

3. Exclusions:

  • No refunds will be granted after the 14-day period following the initial purchase.
  • Refunds will not be processed for users who have violated our terms of use or intellectual property rights.
  • The Service Provider will not verify requests that it deems, in its sole discretion, to have been made fraudulently or in bad faith.
 

4. Refund Process:

  • Refund requests will be processed within 20 business days upon receipt of the request.
  • If the request is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
 

5. Customer Responsibility:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to contact TNG INSTITUTE LLC at contact@tng-institute.com to discuss any issues or concerns related to trading education. Progress in training hours depends on proactive communication from the client with TNG INSTITUTE LLC.
  • The client is also responsible for scheduling sessions based on respective schedules and availability.
 

6. Policy Changes:

  • TNG INSTITUTE LLC reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.

8. Inactivity, Absences and Coaching Validity Period

The coaching programs are structured as a global support program over a defined period, with a standard rhythm of one private session per week.

Sessions are only deducted when they are actually completed. In the event of the client’s absence, exceptional unavailability of TNG Institute, illness, holidays, or a rescheduling agreed between both parties, the session that did not take place will not be lost and may be rescheduled.

In order to allow reasonable flexibility in the organization of the coaching program, each program benefits from a maximum validity period that is longer than its theoretical duration:

  • Trader Pro Starter: theoretical duration of 3 months, maximum validity of 6 months from the date of purchase;

  • Trader Pro Mastery: theoretical duration of 6 months, maximum validity of 9 months from the date of purchase;

  • Trader Pro Elite: theoretical duration of 12 months, maximum validity of 15 months from the date of purchase.

Beyond the maximum validity period applicable to the purchased offer, any remaining unused sessions will be permanently lost, without refund, unless exceptionally agreed in writing by TNG Institute.

In the event of client inactivity for a period of 30 consecutive days without justification or response to follow-ups, the coaching program may be considered voluntarily suspended. The remaining sessions may only be resumed within the maximum validity period provided for the purchased offer.

Any absence not notified in advance, or any late cancellation made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session, may be considered as a due session and deducted, except in exceptional cases accepted by TNG Institute.

TNG Institute reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the website at our discretion, without prior notice.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on the TNG Institute website, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

ARTICLE 19 – Price

The Services offered by the Provider are provided at the prices in force on the www.tng-institute.com website, at the time the order is registered by the Provider.

Prices take into account any discounts or advantages that may be granted by the Service Provider under the conditions specified on the tng-institute.com website, in particular depending on the Program chosen and the payment options.

These rates are firm and non-revisable during their period of validity, as indicated on the website, the Service Provider reserving the right, outside this period of validity, to modify prices at any time.

ARTICLE 20 – Coaching Agreement Incorporation

For clients purchasing coaching services, acceptance of these Terms & Conditions also constitutes full acceptance of the separate Coaching Agreement available at:

The Coaching Agreement contains important provisions regarding:

  • Educational nature of services

  • Assumption of trading risk

  • Limitation of liability

  • No performance guarantee

  • Intellectual property protection

By completing a purchase, the Client confirms having read and accepted both the present Terms & Conditions and the Coaching Agreement, which together form a single contractual framework governing the coaching relationship.
