The Client agrees not to reproduce, share, transmit, record, or use for commercial purposes any part of the coaching materials, documents, videos, strategies, or concepts provided by TNG Institute.
All coaching content is confidential and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Access to materials is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing any part of the content with third parties, even informally, is strictly prohibited.

Any violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of access to the coaching program without refund and may lead to legal action.
An individual confidentiality agreement may be required at the beginning of the coaching program or at any time during the engagement.

ARTICLE 3 – Prohibited Activities

ARTICLE 16 – Refund policy

1. Refund Period:

  • You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
 

2. Refund Conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@tng-institute.com
  • To be eligible for a refund, the applicant must provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for their request.
  • Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval depends on the validity of the request.
 

3. Exclusions:

  • No refunds will be granted after the 14-day period following the initial purchase.
  • Refunds will not be processed for users who have violated our terms of use or intellectual property rights.
  • The Service Provider will not verify requests that it deems, in its sole discretion, to have been made fraudulently or in bad faith.
 

4. Refund Process:

  • Refund requests will be processed within 20 business days upon receipt of the request.
  • If the request is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
 

5. Customer Responsibility:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to contact TNG INSTITUTE LLC at contact@tng-institute.com to discuss any issues or concerns related to trading education. Progress in training hours depends on proactive communication from the client with TNG INSTITUTE LLC.
  • The client is also responsible for scheduling sessions based on respective schedules and availability.
 

6. Policy Changes:

  • TNG INSTITUTE LLC reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.

8. Coaching inactivity and Session Expiration

If a client fails to attend or schedule any coaching sessions for a continuous period of 30 days or more, without prior notice or valid justification, TNG INSTITUTE LLC reserves the right to consider the coaching as voluntarily suspended by the client.

The client will still be allowed to resume the remaining sessions within a maximum of 6 months (for 3 and 6 month plans) from the date of the last session completed or initial purchase (whichever occurs first). After this period, all unused sessions will be automatically forfeited and will not be eligible for refund, credit, or transfer.

This policy ensures that both the client and the service provider remain engaged in the coaching process. Exceptions may be granted solely in cases of force majeure (e.g., serious illness or hospitalization), subject to review and written approval.

ARTICLE 17 – Termination

TNG Institute reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the website at our discretion, without prior notice.

ARTICLE 18 – Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on the TNG Institute website, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

ARTICLE 19 – Price

The Services offered by the Provider are provided at the prices in force on the www.tng-institute.com website, at the time the order is registered by the Provider.

Prices take into account any discounts or advantages that may be granted by the Service Provider under the conditions specified on the tng-institute.com website, in particular depending on the Program chosen and the payment options.

These rates are firm and non-revisable during their period of validity, as indicated on the website, the Service Provider reserving the right, outside this period of validity, to modify prices at any time.

Additional Clause – Forfeiture of Training Rights after 9 Months

If the Client has not completed the training within a period of 9 months from the date of payment, whether initiated or not, the training will be deemed forfeited, and no refund will be granted.

This clause aims to encourage proactive communication between the Service Provider and the Client to ensure mutual engagement in the training process.
